Hi Everyone!

My name is chloe and I'm new to my fitness pal. I'm a personal trainer so I'm LOVING this websites concept, and being a personal trainer i know what i should and shouldn't eat but I need the guidance and the push to keep my food habits on track. I exercise regulary, and love mixing up routines and trying different exercise crazes but i struggle at times with my diet. I come from a Spanish background, and my step-dad comes from an Italian/Portuguese background...therefore FOOD IS VERY IMPORTANT...and there is always tonnes and tonnes of it! Growing up with large family feasts of amazing food is hard to escape, the food in general is fresh and not always unhealthy - with the exeption of dessert - its the portion control thats a real struggle, Losing weight is 70% food so I need to learn to balance and find a happy medium, i have been overweight and i have been underweight, I'm sick of depriving myself of food at times, and then binging when i get down about it! I'm hoping that this may be my final solution. Wish me luck! :)
