I take it with a large pinch of salt - not seriously at all. I think it's supposed to be motivational.0

So far, yes. But I'm also fairly new, having begun on 2/19.0

I have hit the number. But usuallly only once i'm starting out. I have to work on my commitment past those 8-10 weeks where i would come across it again.0

I just started recording the "In 5 weeks" numbers last week (I had no idea about them before, as I never really closed up my days using the app).
So I did a little math. Over the past 7 days, my average weight has been 156.4. Over the past 7 days, MFP has said "In 5 weeks" I will be anywhere from 150.7-162.2. The average of all those predictions was 155.6.
So, my average weight was 156.4, and my average prediction was 155.6... but I'm 155 TODAY (not even two days later!).
I figure as long as I'm doing better than their predictions, I can keep on doing what I'm doing.0
