Hello,

I've been using the site for about twelv e weeks and even have the mobile app on my blackberry. Still feel like I'm just getting into the swing of things with both the site and my fitness. I have lost over 40 pounds and would like to drop another 15 to find myself at the upper ranges of a healthy BMI. I enjoy some class workouts and the eliptical machine. I have yet to develop a good strength program... I figure it's time to join the conversation and maybe glean some wisdom.

    I have been with myfitnesspal for a short time, so far have lost 15 lbs. have such a very long way to go, 50 more to be exact!!! Ready to join the chatter on any advice and suggestions that are out there. Ready to change it to Old Skinny Cat
