ok so i just started my morning workouts, which is the 30 day shred, ibe been on level 3 for a few days. so i started circuit 1, doing the moutain climbers, and all of a sudden i got a weird pain/pulling sensation. its on my leg, in the front, directly below my hip bones. everytime i pick up my leg, i feel it. i know its the muscle, i dont know if i pulled it or what. it doesnt feel like a normal pain when u pull a muscle. its like a tight knot that radiated down my leg. i wanna stop doingt the dvd for today cause i obv. did something, but i feel like im just making an excuse cause i dont like working out. but i know i did something to my muscle there.
what should i do?
what should i do?

I am not a doctor but if something truly hurts then I would stop and do something else and or heal.
When I started JM30day Shred the jumping jacks hurt my knees, badly and I did the squats wrong and hurt my back. I stopped the shred, rested for 3 days, put ice and heat on my back. Did the treadmill and elipitical to get my back moving and just restarted it 5days ago and I make sure to warm up for at least 10 minutes before I do her video.
Maybe do something else for a couple days or modify that exercise and do the rest. When the jumping jacks come up on the shred video, I sorta run in place and wave my arms around wildly like a dork........but hey, it's just me and Jillian who knows0 -
Rest it a few days. If it still hurts after that, go and see a doctor and ask to be referred to a physiotherapist.0
