Morning!

Today is dance and a walk there and back if it doesn't start raining (again.) I'm just a teeny bit sore from my workout yesterday, so that's actually cool for me. It's hard for me to strike a balance between dying the next day and not feeling it at all.

Did anyone catch the woman's marathon yesterday? The British woman who was leading for a little bit had to stop and um. . ."relieve herself" due to gastrointestinal distress. . .and then she actually managed to finish the race. I can never get over how punished they look when they finish.

Ah, but I digress. . .

    I actually feel envious of those of you getting to work out. Ha ha.
    Still not well today. Bleeding is heavier. Not sure what's going on. Just trying to keep my emotions in check and look to the Lord for strength. Just wanted to let you know I am still around. I don't like being down for too long so I hope this passes quickly, whatever it is.
    Keep up the good work! You all are doing great!

    I hope you are OK. I just had a hysterectomy but got to keep my ovaries. I am healing well and starting to walk more. I had it 14th, so I still have to take it easy.
    I am looking into joining a gym, but just haven't put fourth the effort yet.
    Can't puish it right now.

    Good Sunday morning ladies:flowerforyou: No planned exercise for me today. I have a family get-together this afternoon so that will keep me busy. Back to Turbo Jam tomorrow. Everyone have a great Sunday:flowerforyou:

    So yesterday I did my 3 hours of yoga then did 2 hours of gardening. Today I am taking off but will still walk a little.

    That would so suck to make it to the Olympics - to train your entire life, then to have a stomach bug! Oooh, I just read that the 41 year old swimmer just got a silver medal! That is so awesome. She was .01 second behind the gold.

    Still keeping my fingers crossed for you mm.:flowerforyou:

    I wish I could walk to work like hubby can. But I work 45 minutes a way. I do go walking here in the neighbor hood from time to time. I am fixin to buy a tread mill.

    I always forget to log here on the weekends!! Im always so busy! My eating this weekend has been horrible! Yesterday I didnt count my cals but im sure I ate over 5000cals! :embarassed: :frown: Today Ive probably had over my limit... but at the last minute I went for a hike in a thunderstorm!! It was kinda scary climbing a mountain and the thunder getting louder and louder. I managed to burn 515cals!! Not too bad! That wasnt the whole hike either. Im sure the entire hike I could burn 800-900 cals! Im excited for that!

    One of the main reasons I wanted to lose weight was to motivate my family into healthy living and I would be able to give them advice and help them along. Today my aunt called and she told me what im doing is motivating her into healthy living and shes really proud and amazed with my success this far. Today I was getting a bit down because my eating has been horrible over the weekend but now I am determined to make it TWO WEEKS without set backs!! Im gonna give it everything Ive got and IF i eat over im GOING to burn it off!! Hope you all had a great weekend :bigsmile:
