Happy Birthday to me.
I know it is safe to loose 7-10 lbs a month.
I challenge myself to loose 5-7 lbs by 8-31-08.

Happy birthday from me also! I'm almost exactly where you are too. I'd like to eventually get my weight down to around 175 pounds, but this morning I weighed in at 223.

Thank you all for the support. Since Feb of this year, I have gone through a lot, power of attny on both parents, selling property, dealing with cervical cancer cell issues nad now the hysterectomy.
I am so sure I can and will do this, but we all need encouragement!!!!0 -
