Hello All,

I am really new to this and I have decided to jump in with both feet. TurboFire here I come!! I started to eat the diet plan for a week before the workout, then add the workout in after some time to adjust to the new eating habits, I will be placing myself on. So far its been a long week but I feel great Hope I can keep it up but I have just started day 1 of TurboFire and so far I love it.

Hope all is getting to their goals :happy: Here is to a great start and reaching my goals.

    Nice,
    an interesting way to do it, I never thought of dieting before I started the program, but it makes a lot of sense.
