OK, maybe stupid question. I am scheduled to do the "Cardio Circuit" today, but I don't have a DVD titled "Cardio Circuit". Does that mean the Plyometric Cardio Circuit, or am I missing a DVD?

    OK, nevermind. I just googled it and figured out that it is the Plyometric Cardio Circuit! Thanks anyway!
