Yummy recipe you all need to try
I am having a very emotional day today and really was in the mood for some comfort food. My mom used to fry a big old skillet of sliced potatoes, I came up with a healthier version that is Yummy:)
One peeled red potato
one peeled medium sweet potato
one peeled yellow- med size squash
Ground Pepper
Slice all of the above into a skillet with 1/2 tbsp of canola oil, cook on medium heat turning every so often till tender and browned.
The whole thing has 216 calories, carb 36, fat 7, protein 4, fiber 6, sodium 44.
The flavors in each bite were extraordinary:)

mmm I would add onion and garlic (good bacteria fighters for your body) but other than that it sounds great! I love me some potatoes!0
