October 1st my work bff is getting married. I'm a bridesmaid.
I know 1-2 pounds a week is the healthy way to lose weight but is it possible to do a bit more and still do it the RIGHT way? I'm not trying to be unrealistic here, I know that anything worth having will take sacrifice and effort. I'm prepared to put in the work. I just want to know your thoughts on losing 10lbs a month as opposed to 4-8lbs a month.
Sunday is May 1st. 5 months until Oct 1st. I can do this, right?
