Im starting this group cuz me and a mfp friend couldnt get into another...but when I started to think about it....I thought I can do anything with this group...this challenge....
Everyone can join!
Post your starting weight your goal ultimate goal weight and your goal weight short term...by June 21st the first day of summer..
Well have new challenges each week starting sunday

My starting weight is 200
My goal weight is 165
By June 21st I challenge myself to lose 10lbs thats a bit more then 1lb a week a healthy way to lose weight!!!!

    hey my bday is may 16 i think ill work my heiney off and try to drop 10lbs by then! if i do im gna treat myself to a day off! not sure what ill do with that day but ill think of somehting good!!
