Hey Friends!
My roommate & I are heading to Washington, DC this weekend for a wedding. It's a 7 hour drive and I'm looking for healthy snacking ideas to pack for the trip!
We normally take Cheez-Its & Licorce .. but that was the "old" me, and it's time to research snacky foods for the "new" me!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!!

I like to pack a bowl of quaker caramel rice cakes mixed with a pack of 100 cal coco roasted almonds... kind of like my own healthier version of craker jacks LOL!0

Fresh fruit is aways my first vote! Just grab a cooler and fill it with ice (or ice packs) and your favorite fruit/veggies. I also like trail mix. The best thing about trail mix is you can make your own! I like to put in 1/2 cup (of each) of walnuts, cherrios, dark chocolate chips, prezels, and granola in a bag and I'll munch on it all day. You can put in what ever makes your heart content (and healthy).0
