any diet tips?

I'm fairly active, running 5 days a week, soccer twice a week

    I've heard that zig zagging your calories helps you lose quicker....I don't do it because I'd be under 1200 on certain days, but I know a couple people that it's worked well for

    Eat a larger amount of calories one day (ex: 1600), a smaller the next (ex: 1200), and repeat.
  • Yeah, I can't take in any less. I am already on the 1200 daily intake reccomendation.
