Chicken part...

I am sorry if this sound odd or dumb but I am just curious to know… Which part of chicken body is the best for us, I mean less fat and less cals etc etc. If it is the breast, I heard somewhere that the antibiotic was injected at the breast, rite? So does that still mean the chicken breast is still the best part to eat?

I believe you could find antibiotic-free chicken (I imagine it would be free range), possibly at your local organics store or butcher?

Chicken thighs are quite good, and cheaper - a little more fatty, BUT, hey, its still chicken and a reasonably lean form of protein.

Really? Never come across this… thanks, I’ll check again the next time I head down for groceries shopping
