Today working out I did 175+ pushups in an hour and close to 100 pull ups. I havent lost more than about 2-3 lbs in the last 5 weeks but my muscle mass is shooting through the roof, but have lost about 4% body fat in that time. Im at the lowest body fat Ive been in well over two years. A few more months and I feel ill be back at the level of fitness I was when I was a student athlete. Also I hit the 30+ mph mark on my bike :) couldnt do that before because of the weight.
