i love fruits and eat them all the time. However, I am very much over in sugar intake daily, like today was -121.... Seriously? Any suggestions or should I not worry about sugar in fruits then?

  • Being thin, I wouldn't worry about it, as long as it's just fruit and not soda. If you are trying to lose weight, you may want to cut down to 2 fruits a day

    Fruits are a healthier form of sugar, but eating too much of any sugar isn't necessarily good. However, you are getting valuable nutrients from this form of sugar versus refined sugars. Keep them in your diet, but don't eat more than a couple of servings per day.
