active life explorer and wii cheer

I was wondering if anyone out there plays active life explorer or we cheer for the wi to work out? If so what do you log it under? I know I'm burning calories because I am sweating and sore the next day, just not sure how many.

    i just started playing active life explorer and boy it kicks my *kitten*!! i know a lot of calories are being burned. i tried putting my pedometer on but it didn't pick up all of the movements so i'v been logging it in as wii island run and/or wii fit exercise advanced or high intensity. hope this helps because i think it's the closest to it.
