My goal is simple - Keep healthy

My goals are simple: Keep my weight in control while enjoying life and keeping fit. I am keeping track in order to loose a few VANITY pounds before summer. I am in the healthcare field, and I know what I do that's wrong, so I am using this site to keep myself honest, and look a little better in my swim suit.
I cycle or hike for 1 to 2 hours at a time 3 to 4 times a week, and love it. It doesn't feel like exercise (most of the time.)
I know that many people use these sites to loose weight, and I commend anyone that uses these tools to their full extent. Would love to help if I can.... And I am always looking for hiking/cycling partners (Southern California, Inland Empire area.)
If you want some advice, I am full of it.... Just ask my ex! :-)
