Fibrocystic breast disease

Last year I noticed that I had realy dense breast tissue. So I went to the clinic and they told me that I had Fibrocystic breast disease and it was caused by smoking and to much caffine. So I do not drink caffine at all anymore and I don't smoke but today I noticed it again. Some times it gets better and I can't notice it but I did today. What is there I can do to help this...

Does anyone else have it or know anything about it?

I dont know anything about the disease, but I would say you should probably talk to your doctor about it, let them know you cut out what the said was causing it and it's still bothering you. Maybe there is something else causing it
