I only get 1220 in calories a day and I am finding that I am not getting to eat it all by the end of the night. Like tonight It is 10:39 at night and I still have 73 calories to go but if I finish counting for the day it states that I am eating to few calories and that I need to eat at least 1200 calories to continue loosing weight... What can I eat this late at night that is going to be good for me?

I've heard natural peanut butter is a good choice. 1 Tbsp is around 100 calories.0

If you're only a few calories under, I wouldn't worry about it. But if you want to eat something, try something low fat and high protein. Protein shake are good. Also, deli turkey or chicken, low fat cheese (string cheese or lite laughing cow is good). Stay away from sugar and starchy carbs this late at night. Hope that helps. That little note at the bottom is just to help you stay on track. If you are at least close to your goal, you should be ok.0

I went through the same thing, still do on occassion......I eat a few almonds, or triscuits, or a 100 calorie pack of something, I even found 100 calorie packs of cheese. It's not very much in a pack but it's good at night. I'm really big on the 100 calorie things, just for the conveinece. Another thing I like is Greek Yougart, I think the Dannon ones have 140 calories.

I don't think 73 extra calories are going to hinder your weight loss. . .0

I find that a grapefruit is a real good late night snack. Some people can eat them without sugar like me but some cant. When in season, pumelo's are are better than grapefruit. Keep up the good work.0
