Jillians 6 week 6 pack - progress pictures

I have now done two weeks. Below are progress pics so far.

I can definitely FEEL the difference as my abs are firmer and flatter although I am not sure I can see much of a difference in the pictures.

    Awesome! That's my next DVD! Is there much cardio or is it just 30 minutes of hardcore ab works? Do you do any other work out to compensate?

  • Thanks so much for this! l have been looking everywhere about this DVDs review/progress. l'm definitely going to buy it after l have lost my remaining 28lb (currently doing 30 Day Shred, then Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and then hopefully 6 week 6 pack!)

    There is both, she combines cardio and ab work. It is a really good workout that had me sweating BUCKETS in the first week. Now I have to make it a bit tougher adding weights in (which is what she suggests too) still sweating but handling it better. I definitely sweat as much as I do in a gym session. Been doing it four times a week then two gym sessions as well.

    I would definitely recommend it. It's my first Jillian DVD so I may invest in a few others.

    How did you find 30DS? I am thinking of getting that one next but how does it compare to Banish Fat? Which one is a harder workout? Which one gave you better results?

    Awesome results - I know I'll be picking up 6x6 for June! I'm about to start BFBM and from the couple of times I tried to start it up I find BFBM to be way harder than 30DS which is exactly what I need to get this party started. Keep up the amazing work - you're an inspiration!

    Finishing the shred in 9 more workouts. Definatly more toned and few lbs down.

    how do you log this in exercise?? I just started and hope to see results as well!

    I just log it under Aerobics, general. That tells me I burn around 300 calories and I figured I normally sweat about the same amount and am out of breath about the same as from my 300 calorie burn on the treadmill anyway.

    Yeah, you do level 1 for three weeks then level 2 for three weeks.

    I may get the shred after...

    I did 30DS, No More Trouble Zone and Banish Fat. Loved the Shred, it was the first DVD I picked up when I started on MFP, really changed my body. I then did her Slimdown Plan which incorporated the Shred, NMTZ and BFBM. Kicked my *kitten*. NMTZ was straight toning for 55 minutes. BFBM is total cardio blast, I hate them both and love them at the same time...
