I have finally decided that I want to know what my body shape is, I want to know if my arms, belly and thighs really look as big as what I swear that they are, I want to know if I really need to lose weight or if what I actually need is to tone up and if so how the hell do I do that and so I figured what better way to do that then to post a few pictures of myself fully clothed because I'm not comfortable with posting pictures of myself in bra and undies unless I really need to.

I will post this on my blog as well.

So here goes nothing!!!!

    try changing the IMG to img

    lower case the IMG so change to img and that should work.
  • in my opinion...i think you probably should try toning up rather than losing weight. it's amazing how just toning up your muscles can change your body. as far as how to tone up different areas...i haven't gotten that far in my weightloss journey so someone else will have to help you on that. i do hope you find the info you need and good luck. feel free to add me if you need friends for motivation:)

    I also go with working out more and see where it gets you, you look like you're carrying a bit around your middle but not much at all. I'm always really surprised when I see some peoples weight that are alot heavier than me but look sooooo much slimmer due to their exercise x
