Hello,I'm New!

Hello Everyone, I'm new here but not new to dieting...currently I weigh 251lbs was 272lbs down 21lbs..my Goal is to reach 190 lbs by the end of summer or the beginning of Fall...I'm 6'3'' in Height,I want to eat healthy to get healthy ,I walk 4 miles every morning 6 days a week, I choose to do this because I feel better about my self & hopefully live a longer and better life for me & my family, I realize I won't always lose and our weight fluctuates from time to time but I'm giving it my all.
