Will this help me lose weight/tone up

I am focusing on my tafe courses at the moment but I do try and walk or jog 5 days a week for 30 - 60 mins. I will eventually increase the amount that I do, I would love to do some different exercises but don't know what to do, I have a few Wii games that are mean't to be fairly active e.g. a dancing game, wii fit, my health, what other wii games would be good and maybe then I will start doing them again. What else can I do to tone up my stomach, thighs and arms. Thanks for your help :)

    Before you can tone up and see muscle definition you need to loose the "fat" layering.. really concentrate on eating good stuff and get in good excersises. But dont feel bad if you dont see muscle definition right away.
  • Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (after just the first 10 days) made me feel more muscular and to myself I looked more toned. I love it.
  • Honestly, very simple (no equipment required) PILATES helped me to lose my first 50 lbs!! Exercises like 100's, planks, pushups, V's, etc are amazing at strengthening & toning your core muscles!! I did use a pilates DVD (I guess that counts as equipment)... but even now, years later, when I pop it in... it can still kick my butt!
