After a Party weekend and little sleep I stayed the same weight
182 lbs :happy:
Im shooting for a three mile run later today. I hope I can find the plug in the wall its been so long since I ran. 4 days seem like a year..:laugh: I hope things are well for everyone :drinker:

124! phewww... i am glad i only gained 2lbs! I was like omg, i def gained all 4.5 lbs back! lol! Well im happy with that, and it makes me feel a lot better! Well hope everyone has a great week! and Day!0

So I don't know how it happened but I totally thought I lost this week and my scale says 174.5:noway: ...that is 1.5 lbs gained.:grumble: I just don't understand...I actually finally drop in my jean size and I gained weight. Something is off. Well, I am off to do my workout video, maybe this week will show better results

today: just got off the elliptical! phew...im so shaky! about to eat lunch...it really kicked my butt!

Not really
Normal day --- Wake up at 4:30am to bed at 11:00pm sometimes later. I work from 6:30am till 5:00 or 6:00pm.... My drive is 1 hr home one way... :mad: The drive SUCKS .....If I work out before bed I can't sleep! My body gets a second wind.... no good :grumble: I think the kids take lots of my free time. The wife is going to School, So she is out of the mix. Its almost being a single dad. It was easy with one kid ,but two kills ya...:yawn: I can't wait until they get older so I don't have to watch them like a Hawk on a mouse. Most days I workout between 700 or 900pm. Thats why life is CRAZY But I love it0 -
wow thats pretty hectic! what is ur wife going to school for? School starts up on monday for me...eh... then i will be pretty busy too... going to school for 20 hours a week (stupid chem lab add 4 hours to my week!) Then i do 16 hours of clinical hospital hours, then i work 20 hours(nanny'n 4 kids, so i know the feeling of y cant they be older!!)... then all my free time i am studying!! I need to look and see when i can work out... i use to get that second wind after i worked out at night... im just to0 tired now, i hit the pillow and im out! Well i hope u find some time to work out!
well i have 1000 cals in today
and 350 0ut today!
bout to go out for some drinks... so that cals in...is going to change!

Hey ya could always nanny my kids.... I don't think I could afford ya :happy: Wow Squishfu1 you have a crazy life too. My wife is going for her masters in something:laugh: It will help her at her job with 3M. We really never talk about her work or school but focuse on other things. Mostly kids... We are trying to set them up right.... Well Im going camping for the weekend we just bought a pop up camper :bigsmile: Its way better then the ground....

yea... pretty hectic... well have fun camping...
i use to camp for all my family vacays... and i was super excited when we got our RV. I do miss camping tho, and fishing! I will deff take my kids tent camping first tho!
Nanny'n / babysitting is the perfect job for any college kid, flexable. pays well! (future advise for your kids!) I live with one of the families i babysit, so i get a really good deal on housing, and homemade meals! (which i def didnt get in the dorms!)

Hey all- My bro is in town so I haven't been logging plus we have had a weekend of birthday celebration for my sweet little 2yr. old. And on top of all that I tried to log last night and my hubby was working on the computer again...I hate when it is not working:-(
Anyhow, looks like you all finished out the week very well! I am looking forward to weigh in on Monday Hope you all have a great weekend!
Hey Josh- What does your wife do at 3M? Just curious because Randy is going to have an interview with them in like 2 weeks when we are back in MN:bigsmile: ! I can't wait until he gets a job and is done with Grad school!
Also, If you have a crazy day and really need some exercise I have found that if you keep a good pace with the double stroller you can get quiet a workout. I take the girls for about 3 miles in the evening 1 hr walking with a stop at a park on the way back and burn about 300 cals. It is no 600 cals like you are used to, but it is something when you just need a breather. I know what you mean about the single parent thing, it is hard when one person is in school...they'll be done soon though...we just gotta keep on truckin!!:happy:0
