    I started my diet and exercise on January 1st. The fact that i can see and feel results is what keeps me motivated.

    Wow, truly amazing transformation. I too am at a 60 pound loss so far but don't feel I have changed as drastically as you. Congrats on your hard work.

    Nice work! I'm guessing the little guy was some solid motivation as well. I know that's what got my @$$ in gear and ready to lose weight. I hope to be where your at in about 6 mos, but definitely by year end. Thanks for providing some extra motivation!
