Pay attention to how you are breathing and if it is difficult to breath or if you are just tired. When I was younger I had sports induced asthma and then it seemed to go away.
Same here! Now it only bothers me if it's really cold out.
If there's wheezing or tightness in your chest, rather than just breathing hard, check with your doctor.0
