    OMG I absolutely HATE going into stores that dont carry my size (usually for my tween sister). I feel SO out of place and I feel like people are wondering why I'm there. I'd actually like to shop for lingerie in VS and not just perfume. Boo. I used to be embarrassed that I could only shop at Lane Bryant in the mall. Especially when I went with my average sized friends. Now I rarely have the money to shop there anyway. They rip us off sooo bad. I saw a shirt in LB for 50 at a discount store for 10. The cut was a little different, but the material was the exact same black and white satin pattern.

    I used to be a assistant store manager at LB a couple of years ago...it has gotten so bad in there! People used to complain about it (and this was 3 years ago when it was only $12.99 for a cami instead of $29.50 like it is now!) and say that the company was taking advantage of overweight women because they knew that we didn't have a choice to shop anywhere else. And the worst part about that? It's true. I can't tell you the number of times I would get on a conference call or something and one of the other managers would say 'well they're going to spend the money because we have what they want and need, so just go out there and sell it to them.' That's about the time I started letting everyone use those $75 off coupons, even if they didn't have them. :wink:

    Congrats on the 14lbs lost!!!

    I came here to lose 120-130lbs, I'm 48 down (and I hope to lose 2 more by my weigh in on Saturday to reach 50lbs lost!). Add me if you want to :wink:

    Good morning losers! So it looks like everyone here has been at this for a few months at least. What is the one thing that you have changed about your eating habits that you ENJOY the most?

    I love trying new recipes. There are tons of great healthy recipe sites out there. My family was happy with eating the same 6 meals over and over, but since I started putting turger burgers and sauteed spinach w/garlic on the table they haven't complained once. Another thing I am enjoying is eating fresh berries every day. Filling up on healthy snacks is much more satisfying.

    It looks like everyone is making good progress on here?!! Last week I dropped 4lbs and reached my 30lb goal. I am still not past kicking myself for having gained it in the first place, but I guess that's just history now (which I will never repeat)!!

    Drink extra water today ladies!!
