That is the best attitude to have. Get out there and just do it. Yeah on the C25K it might set you back a week or so but if you have done 25 minutes straight already tells me your in the 6 or 7th week if I remember. Before long you will be doing a 10K outside.0 -

Teach yourself to run outside!
It is tough but definitely worth the struggle. I did the couch to 5k challenge. I can now jog a nice two-three miles 2-3 times a week. Plus, running outside will get you to use muscles you never needed to use while on a treadmill.
I can't stand jogging on a treadmill now. It's such a bore!0
