I'M BACK!!

Ok, so i havent been on here for ages, and although i thankfully havent put loads of weight on i am now back to resume my losing ways!
also, am starting yoga and street dance classes soon, if anyone has any a) tips for not dying when i begin and b) success stories to show me thats they're good things to do - for weight reasons rather then the fact i enjoy them :smile:

    Lots of protein, water and massaging your muscles afterwards to keep them from locking up. That's the only advice, though if it's been a while, it's gonna hurt!
