try Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack DVD. I am seeing results with that, just moved up to level 2 this week and it is HARD.0

I had the same problem after having my daughter eight months ago. Doing lots of cardio for about 45 minutes to an hour ( I run while she naps) this has helped me lose whatever fat I had left, sometimes I squeeze in some sit ups. good luck!0

P90X's Ab Ripper X works wonders, so does Insanity's Cardio Abs....but if all else fails and you dont want to spend the money on the DVDs....Drink a lot of green tea and do a lot of planks!0

Pilates helped me at one time and I loved it.
I did Winsor Pilates and loved it.
In fact I borrowed my DVD's and never got them back but I still do a lot of the exercises now.

I am working out with Marisa Tomei's Core and Curves DVD, she uses the stretch band and does an extensive ab workout that I haven't been able to get through yet. Very very challenging! She also has a leg segment that I haven't tried yet, but I'm sure it's just as challenging!!
best of luck!

It's all about diet.
You can do fad dvd workouts all day everyday.
But if you're diet isn't on point, the abs aren't going to show.

The owner of the tanning salon I go to is a cyclist and she told me a key to loosing belly fat is eating strawberries before I go to bed. When she told me that I looked it up online and it said when eating strawberries you actually burn calories digesting them. Hope this helps!0
