Who would like to join me tomorrow in giving up sugar for the day? Let's make this Friday be a healthy day of sugar detox, awareness of sugar addiction and the associated cravings, label reading practice, learning about healthy alternatives, and discovery of our un/conscious sugar eating behaviors! Let's learn from each other in this process. Whether you are trying to ditch sugar altogether or just want to try an experiment to see what your body will feel like without it for a day, this is a good first step.

You are of course welcome to define "sugar" in whatever way you like for yourself, e.g. no refined sugars, no sugar additives whatsoever, etc. Whatever you want. The important thing is to chose a sugar-free goal and stick with it for the entire day.

Just respond to this thread (to put into writing your commitment!) and we'll check in with each other tomorrow here for positive support as we go through the day sugar-free!
