Finally breaking a plateau.....

So 6 weeks... thats how long i was at the same weight for. I was eating clean and following my calorie needs, drinking my water and doing my workouts. Unfortunately I had started weight lifting again hadn't been adding enough cardio to match the amount of muscle I was putting on again. Took me 4 weeks to figure that out and then another 2 to actually see results. PHEW!!! But still loving the journey!! And so stinking happy to finally get past that same number lol!
