Dumplings:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt

1-In a stock pot or dutch oven, add water until it is about 1/3 full
2-Add chicken thighs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika
3-Make sure water is covering the chicken, if not, add more water until it just covers the chicken
4-Bring to a boil and then simmer for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally
5-Meanwhile, make the dumplings.
6-Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a medium bowl until combined.
7-Make a well in the center and drop in the egg and about 1/2 cup of water.

9-In a different large pot from the chicken, boil water (pot should be about half full)
10-Drop dumpling mixture in by the spoonful (they should be about bite size)
11-When dumplings start floating on the top, remove them with a slotted spoon and drain them
12-About 30 minutes before the chicken is done, add the dumplings to the pot with the chicken
