I also know that I have started to get leaner. I like to run and when I do it's my time away from everything so I tend to go for at least an hour (3 times a week).

if you want to lose the weight and have fast results then you have to do something drastic. i recommend trying insanity or turbo fire. they're both super intense and just melt the fat away. but honey, you have a healthy bmi or 26%. yes, losing 10lbs will make a world of difference but do it for you, not your kids, and not your husband. you.0
