Frustrated!

I feel like I'm doing something wrong! I feel as if I eat pretty healthy, a lot healthier than what I used to eat. I have some days where I sorta slack, and have something I know I shouldn't be eating, but still getting a good workout and carlorie burn in, so it evens out. I feel like I'm not loosing anything, and its really making me annoyed......I know that I'm loosing inches and gaining muscle, but, what else can I do to notice it!?

Maybe stay off of the scale for a while! You may burning yourself out with the scale....and when you have those things that you shouldn't try to improvise a little, like leave something off!!:smooched:0

yeah, your probably right! Im always on the scale, and then i get really mad when i see what it says...lol...ugh, hate being a girl sometimes!0 -
How are your clothes fitting? How do you feel overall? How long has it been since you've had a cold or the flu? Those are some of the NSV I looke at on a regular basis, especially when I see my numbers on the scale going up and down. Hang in there ... it's all about persistency0

everything is fitting much looser than before, but this morning, when I put on a pair of scrub pants that were falling off of me last week, were all tight on me today, which was really ticking me off....i havent been feeling well all week, there is a stomach virus going on, and i think i may have a little bit of it.....thanks!!!!!0
