So my family is going to Wintzell's Oyster House for a 50th birthday celebration. I have looked online and called the resturant and have no way to get the nutritional info on their food.. Any suggestions what to get?? How to log?? The menu can be found at

We are going tomorrow night so if ya'll could help me out I would GREATLY appreciate it :)

If their actual nutrition info isn't available anywhere, you can estimate the basic info for typical dishes or ingredients like different meats, pastas, veggies, etc. Don't let the stress of calorie-counting overshadow a special celebration with your family, though - my advice would be to eat lightly and healthfully before you go, and then just order sensibly when you're there - i.e. avoid white pasta and bread, load up on the veggies and healthy protein like fish! You should still be able to enjoy food and a nice evening out! Good luck :)

Red Lobster has nutritional info on their site. http://www.redlobster.com/health/nutrition/dinner.asp

You could estimate based on what they give for similar dishes.
