Hi everyone!

I have been using MFP for quite a while now to calculate my dietary and exercise needs. I would say that I'm not necessarily overweight, but like most Americans, I have about 10 pounds more than I really need.

I am a college student, which means that my schedule is not always consistent or conducive to regular workouts. I do, however, love to run! When time allows, I go for 5-6 mile runs every day.

I would love friends who can keep me encouraged and motivated to make good choices and to not get bogged down when I make mistakes. Add me as a friend- I'd love to help you reach your goals, as well!

    Welcome! Running 5-6 miles is something I am currently striving for. I am at 3 miles, but have been running for 3 months now.
