How Do I track my calories burned for weight lifting correct

Hello Everyone At MFP! I joined about a month and a half ago and have been having trouble accurately counting calories burned for my weight lifting. I go to enter my workout and when i do it will record it... but will not count the calories i have burned. It works great for my cardio but does anyone out there know how to use it to correctly track calories burned for weight traning??/ Thanks in advance.

it's kind of silly, but you have to enter it in the cardio section and then choose "strength training" and it will show up just like the cardio does.0

I have a hrm and I do quick reps so my heart rate goes up and I use that number because I don't know how accurate the cardio strength trainig number is0
