Victory in hand!!!

I am very proud of my results and excited to "see" my progress! :bigsmile:

On 1/28 I had my BMI done & the results were:
Large frame
205 lbs
63"
body fat 35.8%
fat weight 73.5lbs
lean weight 131.6lbs
total body water 49.1%
BMI of 36.4%

Today 4/28 I had my BMI done & the results are:
Large frame (can't get away from that!?)
188lbs
63"
body fat 29.5%
fat weight 55.4lbs
lean weight 132.7lbs
total body water 53.1%
BMI 33.3%!!!



In the next three months I WILL be under 30% :bigsmile:
