I notice in the database the only class I can find is aerobics.
I go to this class at the gym called life movements and it is 30 min cardio and 30 min using hand weights, resistance bands, weight balls, or the mini weight balls. I went to try to add this and cant even figure out how to make it up?
What would you guys do?
