Just read this book, anyone out there use this program?

I tried it years ago.
I found it didn't really work. Like all fads, I lost weight the first couple weeks, but over time it stopped, and became way too hard to maintain following it. I found it to be too restrictive. Also, now that I'm learning more and more about nutrition and how the body works, the stuff in that book doesn't make as much sense to me as it did when I was less informed.
Now I just eat 50% veggies at every meal, 25% carb, 25% lean protein, and am being monitored by my doctor - who also reviews my program and makes suggestions when I need help.0 -
does being O+ mean I can eat more brownies? If so, I need to read this :laugh:0

Never heard of it and probably would see what it was about but not really follow it just because I think as long as you are eating healthy you don't have anything to really worry about...0
