Hi All:smile: ,

I have been training for a competition which is next Wednesday. I would like to drop 2kg before the competition to aid my chances of winning. Ive been training hard for it too!

I went and bought some Fat Metabolisers to help with the weightloss and increase my energy, I was wondering if anyone is taking these and if so do they work. Or should I not take them??

Heres the website of which ones I have bought

Thanks for your help

I can say that most pills like this do help you drop weight quick, but it can also be pretty harmful. I've never seen them over here in the states but if you're really concerned I would take them to your Doc and see what they say.

If you have a week to really drop some weight, try something like a cleanse or fast. I don't really recommend them as it can be a shock to your body, but I'd do that over pills.

I'd be more concerned with what's in them. I looked around a bit for the nutritional contents but couldn't find anything. My guess is they're either ephedrine based in which case I've seen positive effects but use at your own risk when it comes to ephedrine. Or they're caffeine based and I'd say don't wast your money.

If they're cheap buy em and inspect the ingredients, make sure you know what you're taking.
