how is it realistic to eat only 24 g of sugar daily? i am a big fruit eater and though they are natural sugars aka glucose and fructose and not high fructose corn syrup, it still adds up!!! now i know the biochem behind this, but i can't link it to the nutritional aspect. any experts out there??

from what I have been told there, if the majority of your sugar is from whole foods like fresh fruit and milk than its totally okay to go over.
