Just looking for something FUN to have on hand incase. What are your go-tos? I want it to make me sweat but not be a hard routine to follow along too. What can you suggest?

I did 30-day shred (which I know you said you had). I am now doing Turbojam, and the workouts are either 20 - 40 mins. Chalene is amazing (very upbeat). You could also do ripped in 30 by Jillian. For Turbojam, I bought a pack with 5 different workouts, so I change them up to keep my body guessing.

LOVE anything by Chalene Johnson. I bouth turbo jam, punch kick jam on ebay for like $10, and I love it!! Anything by her is fun and gets you moving LOTS!

Insanity also has 30 minute DVD's....they kick your butt though! :)

    Good luck!

I started out with Leslie Sansone Walk At Home dvds. You can find them at Target or Best Buy- a lot of stores carry them. They're cheap, very easy to follow along with and she has so many to choose from. I have probably 10 of her workouts and I did them with a 2 lb. weight belt, wrist weights and a couple of pounds in my hands. That makes them much more effective and challenging. She has a couple that have more than 1 workout on them. One has a 2, 3 or 4 mile workout, depending on how much time you have. There's also a 5 miler that's done in under an hour and you jog a little. I lost most of my weight with Leslie. Anyone can do her dvds and I liked keeping track of my mileage, always trying to beat the previous month's number! (The 2 miler is about 30 mins.)

I have always have good workouts on Exercise TV On Demand with comcast. I also record a series of workouts or singles on my DVR, just in case. I'm sure other cable companies have something similar?

I found a good one on Exercise Tv on ON Demand/Comcast. It is called Metabolism Booste0r by Jessica Smith, and with cool down is about 20 minutes. What I like is that it incorporates cardio blast with strenght training. I usually do it before I do my elliptical. You can download it here for $1.99
