I see the name of this site "My Fitness Pal" and I love it. "PAL" to me means a friend, and here there are "PALS" being united, hands and hugs across the world. We're all here for the same purpose, so please everybody, keep the positive energy going so no one gets discouraged and so no one avoids this wonderful website.
