I know I posted something similar to this a yesterday.... but I'm excited!

So I am always trying to find ways to eat out without eating rediculous amounts of calories. When I started my weight loss journey I completely banned resteraunts from my diet but now that I have been losing weight I actually WANT to go out with my friends! I have always loved salads (even pre-dieting) and lately I have been seriously craving some Noodles and Company. So I went on the webite to see if there was anything that could fit into my diet and the med salad is only 310 calories! and its HUGE! perfect lunch, people!

Anyone else have some great restaraunt finds?

    Bump, looking for ideas.
  • just do research on all of the sites, and if you go to a fancy restaurant or a more of a sit down and dine out one ask them to make it with little butter or extra sides as possible, and subsitute fries for the healthy stuff etc.. go with water or diet sodas, :)
