Can't lose the last kilogram :-(

I simply cannot lose the last kilogram to get to my goal weight of 55kg. For the last fortnight I have been going up and down between 55.2kg and 56.1kg. I have have introduced circuit exercise to try and mix it up as much as I can (I have a chronic back injury) and I have tried to really watch my food. My diary is open and I would love any advice on what I could/should do or try. I just so want to reach that goal so I can kick into maintenance mode.

I am in no way an expert, but maybe it would be ok to let that last kg go for now. Set your calories for maintenance mode (or stop tracking if that is your plan). Basically allow yourself to be satisfied with where you are right now--embrace the plateau since you are so close to your goal.
If it still bothers you in a month, reduce your calories down and I bet the last kg will be gone within two weeks.0 -
It may seem counterintuitive, but I notice you have been eating approximately 100-200 less than your daily recommended. If that's so, then you might be surprised to find that by kicking your calories up in maintenance mode you will shed that last stubborn pound. Our bodies need a certain amount of fuel to know that it's okay to burn that last bit of fat.0

I said to my boyfriend last weekend that I was going to give it one more week before giving up on reaching my goal weight. Part of me is ready to throw in the towel but part of me just wants to keep battling on.
What do people think about what I've been eating? I am happy to try and mix up my eating habits (it is in easier for me to do this than to mix up the exercise) - the only thing I do need to be mindful of is keeping some of the high fibre foods in because my back medication has been playing havoc with my digestion.0
