Today I was feeling a little down, this whole diet thing is hard for me, when i have a toddler and a bf who isnt into the whole eating properly thing so i am always around food that is sooo tempting and not good for me.
So today i was scoping out the success stories and all i can say is WOW. To all you who have made goals and gone above and beyond i am sooo excited for you. I am needing some people on here that are supportive and who i can lean on when i am having one of those days.
Now i know this is silly people out there have harder issues to deal with but my weight has made me very self concious and uncomfortable in my own skin, and i am just trying to find that place where i am ok with myself.
So to all those out there who have a little motivation and tips to give i would be soo appreciative and greatful you have no idea!!

Take it one day (and sometimes 1 hour) at a time! I found its helped to set mini goals as well that way I have lots of reasons to celebrate. I convert back and forth between pounds, kilos and stones just so I can acknowledge passing certain points.
