    I love my fitness pal. I think its great. I have a friend at the hospital who just started counting her calories and exercising. i'm trying to get her to get on fitness pal. I've bee tracking my calories and food since september 2010. so far i've lost 40 pounds and have 15 more to go. i have been using fitness pal now for 8 days and love it!
